Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (within the 50 U.S. States):
Soapistication ships all products via priority mail through the US Post Office. Expedited shipping via Express mail is available at an extra cost depending on the weight of the package.
International Shipping: Available and calculated by country and by weight.
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. In the event that an item is not immediately available, we will contact you before processing the rest of your order.
Soapistication is committed to reducing waste whenever possible. All packing materials are pre-used, recycled or made of compostable ingredients. We encourage you to save these materials for your own future use.
Returns and Exchanges
If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours so we can address the problem.
All orders require 2-5 business days processing time.
All shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Please use a service that allows you to track your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return shipment. We recommend that you use registered post to ensure safe delivery. Please include your order number, name, address, phone number and return authorization number.
Soapistication ensures the purity and quality of all products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us, and Soapistication will do its best to accommodate you. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of the purchase.
